How Do Subscriptions Work at Brookside Barkery?

All products in our store are available for subscriptions. We offer a 5% discount on all autoships and an 8% discount on all pickup subscriptions. You can make changes, pause, or cancel at any time. You can update your schedule or place a new order at any time. You can add or remove products at any time. Click below to shop all products and get your subscription started!

All About Pickup Subscriptions

8% discount automatically applied to any subscrption pickup. Will apply to any product on subscription. Products can be added or removed at anytime.

Pickup Subscriptions are typically ready within 2 hours of the order processing. Orders can be picked up at any time during business hours.

Subscriptions allow us to "see into the future" and make sure your products are in stock ahead of when your card with get charged. Rarely are we out of stock of a subscription item, but if we are, we are able to know ahead of time to work on all possible solutions.

With a subscription pickup you can: pause or cancel at any time, push a pickup back or get one sooner, add or remove products, change the frequency of a pickup, change stores if you move, or even change your frequency to days instead of weeks (must call or email to move to days).

Every product shown on our website is available for pickup subscriptions. Simple find the product you like, select how often you want to pick it up, proceed to checkout, select which store you want to pick up at, and card information, and you will be all set. Please note that you must select pickup subscription from the product page, subscriptions will be unavailable in the cart or checkout screens.

All About Autoship

5% discount automatically applied to any autoship. Will apply to any product on subscription. Products can be added or removed at anytime.

Autoships will deliver the same day they are charged. Usually by 7 PM. Subscription deliveries will be Monday-Friday only. If your subscription happens to fall on a weekend, we will deliver and charge it on the Friday beforehand. Subscription delivery is always free.
